We do not give automatic exchange’s or refund’s
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund on a purchase
Reasons you would return hair unit, wig or hair extensions: Excessive shedding of hair
You must first fill out refund request form and take a picture of defected item and send picture to to terrellellis@prmyofficial.com.
We will review the picture of your item and decide if it was a damage on your behalf or manufacturer’s defect.
From there you have 2 options if it is a manufacturer’s defect:
1. Full Refund or New Hair Unit, Wig or Hair Extensions
If you request a refund, the refund will be submitted back to PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD
